Referee Costume
This referee costume is the most classic referee costume that you will find. The costume features the black and white collared shirt, hat and whistle. Unfortunately, the pants and shoes are not included. However, you simply need some black shoes and running shoes. If you are going to a bar then it is best NOT to wear running shoes as some places may not let you on. This referee costume will be the perfect start for the blind referee costume.
